Ensuring quality in our designs and being consistent about it is of paramount importance at Studiodent Digital. Prior to starting our collaboration, we can have a free meeting via zoom where not only all your concerns and preferences can be discussed , but also we can make our professional relationship more personal. In any case , all your written instructions for every design, will be followed carefully by our team.
+ What is the turnaround time for your CAD designs?
For cases up to 6 units, turnaround time will be 24 hours
For cases from 6 to 12 units, turnaround time will be 48 hourse.
For more complex cases , turnaround will be 72 hours.
Rush cases can be made upon request with an additional cost.
+ Will I be able to view my designs and request changes?
In your first cases you will receive Html viewer where you will assess the design and suggest changes. As our cooperation moves on, you will realise that this will not be necessary, apart from complex cases. If, nonetheless, requested , you will receive of course a preview.
+ What are the payment terms?
Studiodent Digital accepts payments via Paypal and bank transfer.
Design of your case will start as soon as we receive your payment.
